What hosted Binderwork includes

Every app: Share, data rooms, Sign, SAFEs, templates, closing, the cap table and Simulate, and the apps that ship next.
Every way in: The chat apps for ChatGPT and Claude, the connector for editors, the CLI and the REST API with API keys.
No counted limits: No limits on seats, documents, links, data rooms, envelopes or signers. Each file can be up to 25 MB.
Your data, whenever you want it: One archive with every document version, each envelope's evidence, the SAFE register and the audit log, with a script that checks it offline.

What we promise

The software stays open source under AGPL-3.0-or-later, with every feature in it.
Binderwork never charges a fee tied to a signature, a closed round or a share transfer.
At least six months' notice before the hosted free tier ends or narrows, and exports for twelve months after.
Hosting is fair use: a workspace storing far more than a company's paperwork may be asked to run its own server.

Will it ever cost money?

If hosted Binderwork ever charges, it will be for optional extras that cost real money to run, such as AI features inside Binderwork for teams that would rather not use their own assistant. What this page lists stays free, under the notice above.
